Tracking & Insurance
After you place your order, we will get ready and ship your package in 48 hours. You'll receive tracking information via SMS text and/or e-mail. All shipments are insured.
Please allow 4-8 weeks for the production of your custom orders. Your custom pieces need time to craft and test; you'll see it's worth waiting for when you receive it. We will send you an email as soon as production is completed.
After the production, we will ship it with the shipping option you chose at the checkout.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date granted that the item(s) is in its original state and in the original packing.

The buyer will be entitled to a partial refund once the item(s) are returned successfully. The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee (15% of the total price) will be deducted from the transaction amount. 

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by the VERCETTI Customer Service team.
